Hanging Around

I should went home and buried myself in the physics after the reunion with seniors this weekend, but I chose to shopping with A-Ei in Gonguan.

I have to admit that I am an ordinary person, I have no personality to succeed. I want to study hard, but I always surrender to my laziness and hanging around with friends. There are a lot of reports but I chatted with friends on line happily. There is a weak willpower to resist the entertainment around me even I still have a lot things to do.

Appropriate relax is essential to us, but I think I done too much. I felt regret and try to do everything well before they meet the deadlines.

The Pig v.s Merry Christmas

We have a activity that tell everyone who is their angel on the Christmas Eve. We must guess who is our angel and recieve some funny punishments if we found the right one. Though we were condenmed by professors because we did not prepared for the oral reports before the party, we still have a good time after some funny activities.

I like this Christmas. I like to make a cute card or a gift by myself. I like to imagine how happy they will be while I am making those gifts, and I felt happier when I reallly recieve their smile.

Singing@@

We had a singing party this Thursday. The seniors sang some funny songs and everyone had a good time. I sang three songs, too. I screamed and laughed loudly all the night, so I did not do well when I sang the third song><. Though I did not do well, it was OK, the most important thing is we sang happily together^^.

My tortured my dear throat tonight, my voice changed, it sounds like a middle-aged man.

Meili Weekend

This weekend is special, I join a camp which was held by the Chinese Medicine Club. I learned a lot about our ears. It was amazing that ears can represent the health condition of human bodies. We also have a wonderful ......and played some funny games together. I am happy to join this club, I can play, I can help others or I myself by those healthy knowledge I learned.

I have a unsatisfied shopping in Gong Guan, Gong Guan is far from the CGU, I spent most of my time traveling on the bus.= ="

My Angel ^^

"Angel & Master" is a considerate game. It is so great that there is an invisible angel taking care of me and cheering me up by dropping me a note. I received a bottle of chocolate milk from my angel today, what a surprise^0^! Most of angels write notes by left hand lest their masters will find out who they are. I am a left-handed person, I think I can teach those angel how to write words beautifully by left hand:) To sum up, I have a visible angel and an invisible angel, I am a lucky girl.

By the way, we ran 3km in the PE class today. I felt exhausted now.Good night!

Way back into laughter

Our Chinese teacher always tells us to look at things in different points of views. He asked us to present fables in the form of a drama. This activitie made this class more interesting and full of laughters. I found that the advantages of our generation is creativity.

I felt happy at first that the Chinese classes in college is different from those I get used to in high schools. We sat in the classroom and recieved what the teachers gave us in high schools. In the Chinese class in college, the teacher asks many questions to inspire the ability of .................................................. I think the Chinese class is boring,



I am in a good mood. There are so many happy and funny things happened these days. Today, I almost laugh all day long.

Smile

Recently, I found I can not help to smile.

I like to do some stupid things with my friends.

I like to laugh without scruples and with no elegance.

I like my mom's chicken soup.

I like this situation that I do not have to hide my feelings.

I like the wind.

Health is Important

My roommate Amy felt uncomfortable. She had went to the emergency room for three times these days. I felt sorry that I can not do anything to help her feel better. Doctors diagnosed that her nerves had some problems.

We always ignore the importance of health unless we found problems. She told me that every time when the illness breaks out, her hope will lose a little. She found her ability to memorize decreased, she often held back her tears and try not to let people who love her worried. She would rather feel dizzy and hard to breathe when the illness breakout than forget all the happy memory little by little. I think she is a brave, considerate, and mature girl. Though this is not a fatal illness, but it is still a depressed strike to a eighteen-year-old girl.

I should help her find her smile back, instead of cried with her together today. As a friend and a of her, all I can do is support her when she faint physically and mentally.

Styles of Popular Music

*Introduction

Music is worldwide language. It varies from different time and space. Popular music has been popular for a century.

*Thesis Statement

Three of the more successful styles are reggae, punk, and rap.

*Body:

A. Reggae:
1. born on Caribbean island of Jamaica.
2. musicians added hesitation beat that called ska.
3. reverse the roles of instruments.
4. well-known groups such as Burning Spear, etc.

B. Punk:
1. began in the mid-1970s as a reaction against previous forms of rock
2. special clothing and hairstyles.
3. punk music is simple.
4.. the first bands is Sex Pistols.

C. Rap:
1. originated in Africa.
2. appeared in the mid-1970s in the disco in the U.S.A.
3. mainly about dancing, partying in early years.
4. politics became an important theme in rap in 1980s and 1990s.
5. most rappers are black males, but there are still some exceptions.

*Conclusion:
Everything changes constantly, pop music is no exception. New styles are born, grow, change, and produce offshoots, they influence each other.

Hurry up

It has been a busy weekend for me to the extent that I could hardly breathe. There are four activities in this weekend - the sports competition for OPT, the birthday party for Rex, my cousin's wedding, and the steamboat with the Chinese Medicine Club.

PT101 is so great! We won the 2nd and the 3rd prize in volleyball, badminton, table tennis, basketball, dodge ball, and tennis. We are serious to every kind of contest, and we try to do our best, too. As freshmen, we may misunderstood the meaning of this activity, and some of us may say things that are rude. I hope they can accept our apologize. We are a big family, it is not that hard to forgive us as compared to condemning us. Take a step back and we all will have a better understanding of one another.
